Choose 5 from a selection of local artisan cheeses accompanied with a seasonal fruit compote, mostarda and roasted nuts, served with house made chapata and a fruit and rye bread. Local cheeses are sourced from farms such as Looking Glass Creamery and Three Graces Dairy and Farmstead. Looking Glass Creamery's unique, small batch cheeses are meticulously aged to create a superior product spanning the spectrum from fresh to cave aged cheeses. Three Grace's Dairy and Farmstead raise their own goats, cows and sheep to supply their dairy and create their exclusive cheeses. The cheese selection at Rhubarb rotates based on season and availability.
