Nia is the first cardio workout to combine martial arts, dance, and healing arts. There is no wrong way to do Nia! First learn the basics of the move, then when you are ready, add more details. Explore different levels of intensity. Movements can be danced at any intensity level, allowing you to honor how your body is feeling on any given day. See what Nia can teach you today!

Please note that we often end class with a cool down on the floor, so feel free to bring a yoga mat or use one provided by the studio. You may also want to bring a water bottle.
