How do I use my gift?

Congrats! You’ve received a LoLo Gift. Watch this video to see how it works or follow these easy steps!

1. Create a free account by clicking the “Reserve My Gift” button in the email or follow the link in the SMS text.
2. When you’re ready to use your gift, login to your account on your smartphone and click “Use”. TIP: We suggest bookmarking your account after you’ve logged in to easily access your gifts later.
3. Present your phone to the server or cashier, who will approve the gift.

Note: LoLo Gifts must be redeemed on a smartphone, they cannot be printed.
